Besides being embarrassing and really bad for the employee, the website has lost a customer.

A couple of days ago I found this comment on one of my Free dreamweaver tutorials on you tube:

“Don’t buy anything from this guys website, his ripping you off…”

and the writer goes on to say:

“You can get these tutorials for free on youtube…”

It seems his point is that because there are some free Dreamweaver tutorials available on Youtube I must be ripping people off because we’re selling ours.

This got me thinking – “I wonder how our customer feel?”
